Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100!

Australian orders ship from Sydney, New South Wales.

Our warehouse processes online orders between Monday and Friday. 

Generally, orders received before 12:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) on a business day will most likely be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next business day (which is usually a Monday).

Please note, during holidays and peak volume times, it may take additional time to fulfill your order. Please be mindful of shipping carriers being closed during holidays and on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit. 

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

For all orders shipping within Australia (excluding PO Boxes), Manduka Australia uses Australia Post or TNT. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package.

Free Shipping Exclusions 

Certain orders are not eligible for free shipping. Exclusions include:

  • Some oversized package, we may email you a quote for shipping that differs from the numbers you see during check out. We won't ship your order until we get your approval regarding the new charges.
  • PO Box addresses
  • Wholesale orders

Please note that due to an automatic ordering system, order modifications are no longer possible once your order has been placed online. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking email that will enable you to track your package.

Missing Orders

If your tracking number shows “delivered”, but you have not received it, please reach out to our Customer Care Team within 5 days (info@manduka.com.au or call 1300 552 000), so that we can open an investigation with the courier to try to locate your order. Manduka is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
